All engraved items are nonreturnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the information correctly. We will engrave all text entered, exactly as is appears.

Our professional engraving staff will determine the location and position of the engraving unless it is otherwise specified. If you have a specific engraving setup in mind, please enter that information in the "Additional Instructions" box at checkout. Otherwise, we will complete the engraving as best as we see fit.

A traditional MONOGRAM places the last name in the center, larger than the other two initials. Please enter the monogram letters in the following order: First, LAST, Middle. There are a few items that will not take a traditional monogram. Those items are clearly identified on their individual product page.

INITIALS (or running monogram) places the letters in order: first name, middle name, last name. To order this please select any of the text fonts. DO NOT use a monogram font, as this will yield a larger letter for the initial in the middle.

For INSCRIPTIONS, the engraving staff will determine the location and position. We will engrave all text entered, exactly as is appears.

Typically, engraved items take an additional day to process, prior to shipping. Therefore, you must allow as many as 4 days before your engraved order will ship.
