Ordering Options HOW TO ORDER You can easily order items directly from our web site by viewing our products, adding them to your online order using our secure server, and following the instructions. You can also order by mail, phone or fax: By Mail: You may add items online and then print the final summary page (without submitting the order). Then mail it, with a check for the total amount payable to Danforth Pewterers, to Danforth Pewterers, P.O. By Fax: You may fax the final printed summary page of your online order with your credit card information to our fax number: (802)388-0099 OUR GUARANTEE We are proud of the quality of our pewter and stand behind every piece we produce. If you are not happy with your purchase from us for any reason, just return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange. Please call us toll free at (877)-326-3678 to obtain return instructions. DELIVERY Most orders are shipped within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there is a delay we will send you a notice of expected delivery date. If you have a specific deadline please let us know the desired date. Due to the individual attention given to each piece of pewter holloware, please order early for holidays and other events. SHIPPING We ship via UPS which normally takes 7-10 days for delivery. For faster delivery we can ship your order 3 day for an additional $7, 2 day for an additional $15, or overnight for an additional $20 charge. The online order form will show these options. SALES TAX 6% sales tax will be added to all orders being shipped to or within Vermont. CLAIMS We pack your orders with great care. However if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please call our customer service department within 10 days of receipt for further instructions. Important: Please retain all packing materials for damage and shortage claims until claim is resolved. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Sorry, after a piece has been engraved it cannot be returned. Include the packing slip with your shipment and the reason for return. Please send the package securely wrapped to: Danforth Pewterers, P.O. Box 828, 52 Seymour Street, Middlebury, Vermont 05753 HOW TO PLACE GIFT ORDERS We are happy to ship your gifts directly. The on-line order form has a comments section where your gift message can be included at no charge. Every piece of Danforth Pewter holloware comes in a protective flannel pouch in a gift box. We also enclose a card which gives care instructions and a short biographical sketch. Please fill in the shipping address section of the order form with the gift address. If you need to send items to more than one address, you may simply submit additional orders. DELIVERY CHARGES These charges will be calculated automatically when you place your order online.
