PROMO CODES AND SPECIALS
Throughout the year, we will offer our customers promotional codes as well as specials from time to time. Please note, that both types of offers do have expiration dates and we cannot allow for backdating of either type of offer. Promo codes that are provided are for a one time use only.
OUR GUARANTEE
We are proud of the quality of our pewter and stand behind every piece we produce. If you are not happy with your purchase from us for any reason, you may return it for a refund (with receipt), replacement, or exchange. Please call us toll-free at (800)-222-3142 ext. 249 to obtain instructions or discuss with us how we can make your experience better.
DELIVERY
Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece of pewter, orders take 3–5 days to process and leave our Vermont workshop. If you have a specific deadline please let us know the desired date. Please order early for holidays and other events.
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS and UPS which normally takes about 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location. For faster delivery, we can ship your order using UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day, or UPS Overnight (surcharges apply). At check out, expedited shipping will be an option that you can select. SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Vermont, and Virginia addresses.
CLAIMS
We pack your orders with great care. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please call our customer service department within 10 days of receipt for further instructions.
Important: Please retain all packing materials for damage and shortage claims until the claim is resolved.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Sorry, after a piece has been engraved it cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Danforth. Please include the original packing slip with your return shipment and the reason for the return.

HOW TO PLACE GIFT ORDERS
We are happy to ship your gifts directly. The on-line order form has a comments section where your gift message can be included at no charge. Every piece of Danforth Pewter holloware comes in a protective styrofoam pouch and is gift boxed for your recipient. We also enclose a card that gives care instructions and a short biographical sketch. Please fill in the shipping address section of the order form with the gift address.
