Snowflake Bentley Zipper Pull 2018

In 1885, the self-educated Vermont farmer W.A. Bentley became the first person to photograph a single snow crystal. "Snowflake" Bentley would make history for his work capturing over 5000 snowflakes on camera—and he never found two alike.

Each year, the Jericho, VT Historical Society commissions Danforth Pewter to make one unique design based on Bentley's original photographs. We are honored to have this privilege, and to present to you the 2018 Snowflake Bentley as a zipper pull—a unique and exquisite accessory that will serve as a year-long reminder of the astonishing detail and singularity found in every aspect of nature.

A portion of all sales supports the Jericho Historical Society. These earrings are not available wholesale. The 2018 Snowflake Bentley design is also available as a necklace, Christmas ornament, scatter pin, and earrings.
