We ship via UPS and USPS which normally takes about 7-10 days for delivery once the order in finalized.
If you would prefer, we can ship your order by using your company's shipper #, by FedEx or UPS. Let us know and we can accommodate your shipping preference.
For faster delivery we can ship your order UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, or UPS Overnight.
If you would like expedited shipping, please note that on your online order in the comments section or call us to place your order by phone.
Wholesale customers are charged the actual cost of shipping. Shipping charges are determined once your order is packaged, weighed, and ready to ship.
Please Note: If you are paying by credit card, you will see two charges on your card. The 1st charge is for the merchandise. The 2nd charge is for the shipping fees.
We pack your orders with great care. However if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact Jen Heffernan at ext. 228 within 10 days of receipt for further instructions.
Important: Please retain all packing materials for damage and shortage claims until claim is resolved.
DROP SHIPPING OPTION
We drop ship for wholesale customers. Please inquire with Danforth on our drop ship policy and fees. This fee is in addition to our regular shipping fees.
UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping refers to the amount of time it takes for your order to arrive ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED. Because we make each piece by hand, your order may take up to 5 business days before it is shipped EVEN IF YOU HAVE SELECTED ONE OF THESE OPTIONS. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude any holidays.
