SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Holiday Breakfast Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins on 12:01a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Saturday, 11/11/2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, 11/18/2023 ("Sweepstakes Period").

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (the "Entrant"). Employees of Sponsors and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the Sweepstakes and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

One (1) winner will receive a prize package comprised of:

One (1) 30 oz. Package of Ann Clark Artisan Belgian Waffle Mix, ARV $19.95
One (1) Danforth Maple Leaf Coffee Scoop, ARV $34.95
One (1) Danforth Maple Leaf Tea Infuser, ARV $26.95

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by winner. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated Retail Value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

HOW TO ENTER

Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by visiting the entry form, which can be found at https://www.annclarkcookiecutters.com/holiday_breakfast_giveaway or https://www.danforthpewter.com/breakfast-giveaway/ ("Websites") and follow the instructions provided to submit a completed online entry to receive one (1) entry. There is no cost to register or enter. Entering the Sweepstakes will automatically register entrant for Sponsors' brand marketing and promotional emails if the entrant has not already registered. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or practices, or by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on 11/18/2023 to be eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsors will not be returned. Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to: (i) verify any element of any entry, related materials, or entrant's eligibility; (ii) to request additional information; and (iii) to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Sweepstakes, Sponsors or Sponsors' advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable to, Sponsors to satisfy the above requirement if asked by the Sponsors to do so. LIMIT: One (1) entry per individual. Each individual may only use one (1) email address to enter this Sweepstakes. Submission of the entry form will result in one (1) entry.

WINNER SELECTION

On or about 11/20/20232, Sponsors will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner for the one (1) prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified via email and will be required to respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the time of notification or an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If such response is not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsors are unable to contact potential winner or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsors' discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsors are not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner's failure to adequately monitor any email account. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by the Sponsors.

Registration for the Ann Clark Ltd and Danforth Pewter email marketing is required to enter the Sweepstakes. When you enter, we collect your email address. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsors may send you email messages containing recipes, information or special offers it believes may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email message. Your email address will not be sold or rented to third parties. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
