Please contact Customer Service before initiating any returns or exchanges by mail. Returns/exchanges received without return order information may be misprocessed or lost.
We will replace any items that arrive damaged, are missing parts/pieces, are not to your expectations based on product description, are incorrect due to order entry error, or are incorrectly engraved due to our error. If this happens, contact Danforth Pewter Customer Service at info@danforthpewter.com or 800-222-3142 within 30 days and we will make it right. We will need your order number, email confirmation, or a receipt from a Danforth store. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect item to Danforth. We will cover the cost of shipping for any of these instances.
Exchanges and Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt at the same location products were purchased. Before returning any online/phone orders, please contact Danforth customer service.
You may exchange the item(s) or receive a refund back to your original form of payment. The refund amount will reflect any discounts at time of original purchase.
You will need to provide original proof of purchase from Danforth. Product must be unused and in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping of the item(s) you wish to exchange or return. Promotional discounts on original purchase will be honored on exchange or return items of equal or lower price.

The following are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:
If we cannot find original proof of purchase from Danforth, you may not be able to exchange or return items or you may only be issued store credit (as a gift card) in the amount of the last known selling price rather than a refund.
Gift Returns can be made in person at any of Danforth’s ten store locations, or through the mail with Customer Service in Middlebury, Vermont within 30 days of receipt.
Gift recipients can exchange unwanted gift for items of equal value or receive Danforth credit equal to the original purchase price. Product must be in new condition with a gift receipt, order ID, or identifying information about the person who purchased the item(s).
Any Danforth items purchased from a 3rd party retailer should be returned to the original place of purchase unless you have been otherwise instructed.
