I purchased this set on our summer family vacation to Vermont. When I saw this set in the gift shop, I knew I had to add this to my collection of Nativity sets. I look forward to adding new pieces each year.

The heart of any manger scene is the Holy Family: Mary, Joseph, and Baby Jesus, plus two sheep. This solid pewter Nativity set is handcrafted in the USA . Danforth's miniature set fits perfectly in small areas such as a windowsill, mantle, or bookcase.
The complete Nativity collection consists of 39 pieces plus a wooden stable. Many of the figurines are available individually or in smaller sets, making this the perfect holiday tradition that you can add to each year.
The Holy Family Nativity Set was originally designed by W.T. Wilson, and is now crafted by hand by our talented pewter artisans in our workshop in Middlebury, Vermont.

Incredible Detail
I have collected nativity sets over the years, each one with its own special appeal. This tiny nativity has such incredible detail! One of the beauties is that it can be placed in many areas that a larger set could not occupy - so it can be enjoyed even at eye level, beside a favorite chair. Perfect Christmas gift
These central figures of the season are beautifully crafted and I have enjoyed building my Nativity display by adding a new piece or two each year! The Danforth pewter nativity pieces are my favorite Christmas decoration. First to come out and last to be put away year after year. Everyone who sees it, loves it!

Holy Family
I have purchased 3 sets of the Holy Family for my 3 Godsons. I think they are a very charming and a great gift. I will be adding to the nativity for them each year.

My favorite wedding gift
I have given many sets of these as wedding gifts. I am almost certain the couple doesn't have a nativity. This time we also gave the stable with a star (empty) as an engagement gift, and will fill it for the wedding gift. Thank you Danforth!

Sometimes we see our co-workers more than our family so--this gift is to remind my sister that our Father created us to be sisters like Mary and Martha.
