Bought this for myself while on a trip to Vermont. I was excited to wear it but the first time i did it slipped undone and despite retracing my steps, with the help of others, it was never found. So disappointing. Feel like if the chain had been longer this might not have happened.
The model in the photo must have a 12 inch neck to have this necklace fall as it should on an 18 inch chain. My husband gave me this yesterday for Christmas. It fits like a choker with little chain to let the fob drop. Another 34 inches of chain would make this much better for a wider variety of customers. It has to go back, we are both disappointed.
I have a lot of Danforth items that I love but this one is a real disappointment. The branding tag is so prominent that I think it mars the look of the necklace. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the chain is too short. I was given this necklace over a year ago and I have never worn it. Every time I try it on, it's just 'wrong' for one reason or another and I reach for something else.
Bought this for it's nice simple design. Love the lariat style but the chain could be longer. The first time I wore it it came off. Luckily I found it in the car but I'm afraid to wear it for fear of losing it.
