Driving down the highway with a car full of friends, music blasting, windows rolled down - ah, the freedom, friendship, adventure! What's better than that?

That's the spirit that Judi Danforth, co-founder and original designer of Danforth Pewter, had in mind when she created these unique, bohemian dangly earrings. The two links are cast in the same mold, so they're totally seamless (just like the other earrings in this 'hoops and loops' line, Watusi and Rolling Stone). Their bold, open design gives a feeling of free-flowing, open-air beauty. These earrings make a wonderful addition to any jewelry lover's collection, especially if your style is the adventurous, bohemian kind. They also make excellent gifts for birthdays, Valentine's Day, Christmas, graduation, or any other occasion.

The Road Trip earrings are handcrafted from solid pewter in Middlebury, Vermont. Pewter is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free, so it's a great material for sensitive skin.

I ordered the Road Trip earrings and necklace and I am just delighted with them. They are so well made and beautifully designed. They look rich and heavy but are actually quite comfortable to wear. This is such a nice little company and the customer service is wonderful. Very happy with my purchases.

I bought 2 pair of these, one for a friend and one for myself. She and I took many road trips together, so these were perfect. Now we wear them tho we are hundreds of miles apart. These are beautiful earrings for casual of dressy occasions.

I bought these with the necklace. Just love them together, but these earrings are perfect alone. Can't go wrong with these!

This unusual design garners compliments every time I wear these. The pewter can be dressed up or casual. They're larger than I expected which is great, as the design deserves notice. Great feel and just the right weight. Unusual, classy, and versatile.
