The Skipper Oil Lamp is the smallest in the Mariner family of lamps. The base of this oil lamp is handspun on a lathe by our talented pewter spinners. Our oil lamps create the perfect ambience to any room, indoors or outdoors. Each oil lamp is spun individually by hand by one of our talented pewter spinners. For this reason, all dimensions are approximate. Subtle variations are natural.
- The Skipper Oil Lamp stands 6 inches high, including the glass chimney. The pewter base measures 3.5 inches in diameter.
- Holds approximately 4 ounces of oil. Oil burns at approximately 3 hours per ounce (based on our smokeless liquid paraffin oil).
- Each Danforth oil lamp comes in a gift box with a care card, instructions and a brief Danforth story. Wholesale orders do not include a gift box.
- The replacement wick for this lamp is the Small Replacement Wick, SKU #89-029-0496.

Skipper Oil Lamp
Would love to see a coupon or occasional sale on the lamps. A bit pricey for a small oil lamp, but with superior quality, and top of class in both form and function, I'm willing to pay more for the best. Was shipped very timely, and packed well. It was obvious to me these folks care greatly about what they do. I will definitely order from Danforth again!

Absolutely lovely
I am a long-time collector of oil/hurricane lamps. I am especially fond of smaller ones. The finish and form are perfect. This little lamp rivals my veerry expensive European glass lamps and (always getting tarnished) silver lamps. Additionally, it is highly utilitarian - when we get our next major flood, it will be put to good use.
