We are next door to Lake Champlain Chocolates, so great chocolate, ice cream and drinks are just a step away! There are many things to do in and around the Waterbury/Stowe location. The Reservoir in Waterbury is our staff choice for where to go out to dinner. They have a great selection of dinner options, and the largest tap list in Vermont. If you prefer fine dining, then there is Michael’s On the Hill where you can enjoy farm to table dining. For lunch we like Jimmz Pizza - it’s 30 seconds from us and has great pizza, sandwiches, salads and more. Fresh sandwiches for a quick lunch or picnic Woodstock Market is right down the road. The top of the Waterbury Dam is a gorgeous and easy spot to go to get a beautiful view, if you’re a little more outdoorsy the Pinnacle hike in Stowe is a short trip with 2 different spots to stop to enjoy the view. The Trapp Family Lodge is a great destination. While you are also in the area, make sure you visit the Vermont Ski & Snowboard Museum and taste some of the perfectly brewed coffee at the Vermont Artisan Coffee & Tea Company.

Meet our store manager
Marina Longfellow is originally from Aiea, Hawaii and moved to Vermont two and a half years ago to be closer to her daughters. She has lived in some incredible places, including Kenya, and the Philippines. She enjoys traveling whether it is here in the U.S. or around the world. Being an "island" girl, Marina loves the beach, swimming, and biking. Marina has worked for Danforth for almost two years. The moment she walked in the store she knew she wanted to be a part of the Danforth family. One of Marina's favorite things about Danforth is the fact that all the products are made in the USA and made right here in Vermont.
