Sun / Full Moon Charm

I purchased earrings in the same design as the sun/full moon design when I was studying at UVM in 2012. Since then I lost one of the earrings (the set had become my favorite). I was super bummed and then stumbled upon this charm years later. I am so happy to be able to wear the earrings as a set again! I like that the charm is two-sided, unlike my original pair. I enjoy all of Danforth's items. Everything I've purchased has been beautiful and excellent quality. The fact that items are made in America sold me.

Twenty years ago I bought Danforth earrings with my dad, who has since passed away - a sun and a moon, just like this charm, but each was one-sided. Sadly, I lost the moon, so I looked online and found Danforth. I explained in my order how meaningful these earrings were to me, as they made me think of dad whenever I wore them. I ordered the sun/moon charm not knowing that it was one charm... with the sun on one side and the moon on the other. Well, Cookie, Danforth's production manager, instinctively knew I needed the one-sided moon charm and so she sent me both the two-sided charm and the one-sided moon to add to my one-sided sun earring. That's great customer service!! - someone with a heart and a head. I am so grateful. So now, in return I am ordering my sister, daughter, and mother-in-law Christmas gifts from Danforth.

Looks like the picture, however the hole is to small to fit on the cable chain also purchased
