Adorable!
This cat is a perfect gift, whether for a cat-owner or a cat-lover. It's absolutely precious and, while tiny, will be sure to ellicit a large reaction. It's not my personal favorite, but the craftmanship, much like on other products, is excellent.

Very sweet!
I am a cat lover. The very best part of this netsuke are the paw pads seen when one looks at the bottom of this sitting cat. Priceless and such a delight when first discovered.

Very, very tiny
I love pewter and animals, so I thought this would make a great present. I can not give this as a present-it is so tiny it is the size of my finger nail on my index finger. It is adorable but tiny.

Puuurrrrrrfect Present
There is a story behind my purchase of this sweet pewter cat. One of my daughters recently lost her beloved gray cat named...... Pewter. This cat had literally saved my daughter's life, and the cat's death was beyond heartbreaking for her. When I saw some items (no cats) from Danforth in a gift shop, I wondered if they made cats. I found the website, I was delighted to see this sweet replica of Pewter and ordered it. Needless to say, many more tears were shed when my daughter opened her gift. It is the puurrrfect size to go anywhere with her, a constant reminder of the love and devotion these two had for each other. Thanks very much.

Love the Cat but would have appreciated some sort of container (other than a plastic bag) for shipping - size makes it easy to lose in the packing material.

Cat and Netsuke Lover
I gave the wonderful cat to my cat friend who is 86 and loves her cat. I gave the turtle to my mother in law for her 87th birthday. I had already giver her the bird earlier and she wanted a turtle because her daughterwho died when she was 7 years old loved turtles and called them mertles. There are also cute milagros and so many other wonderful pewter things.
